FAQ

  • Do you have a curfew?
    -We have no curfew, however, front desk opening hours are 8AM-11:30PM.
  • How late can I check in?
    -Our Front Desk is open until 11:30PM. Please notify us in advance if you expect to arrive later than midnight.
  • Is it possible to check in early and/or check out late?

    -Please consult with us before arriving.

  • Can I leave my luggage before I check in, or after I have checked out?

    -Yes, we’ll be happy to hold it for you in our office. 

  • Is there any charges for cancellation?

    -Yes. We charge 100% of the room rate for cancellations made on the day of arrival, and charge 50% for cancellations made the day before. 

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    -Yes, we accept credit cards (VISA and Master Card only). 

  • When do I pay for the room?

    -Please pay when you check-in. 

  • If I shorten my stay, can I receive a refund on the prepaid portion?

    -Yes. Refunds will be given according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to the explanation of our "cancelltation charges" above. 

  • Can children and/or infants stay?

    -Children younger than elementary school age cannot stay.

  • Can two persons stay together in a single room?

    -Single rooms are reserved for the use of one person only. Two persons will be given accommodation in a Semi-double room or twin room. 

  • Do you offer Internet access?

    -Free Wifi is available inside of building. Each room is equipped with a prot for LAN connection and LAN cables are available at the front desk. A computers with internet access are also available for use in the lounge.  

  • May I receive faxes and/or telephone calls during my stay?

    -Yes. Faxes and phone calls for guests will be accepted at the front desk from 8AM to midnight. 

  • Can I receive and/or send packages during my stay?

    -Yes. We will be happy to assist you at the front desk. 

  • May I eat at the hotel?

    - You may bring food to your room or the lounge (common space). Since the lounge is a common area, we ask that all guests keep the lounge clean out of consideration for others. 

  • What facilities come with the room?

    -Each room has an air-conditioner, TV, Mini-table, Hangers, Towel and Tissue. 

  • During what times we can use the bath or showers? Are soap and shampoo provided?

    -The bath is open from 6pm to 11:30pm. The shower rooms are available 24 hours a day. All are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

  • Where can I find detergent for the coin-laundry?

    -Small packets for powder detergent are available for 100 yen at the front desk. 

  • Are there smoking areas in the hotel?

    -We are sorry, but smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. There is a smoking space outside of building. Thank you for your understanding.  

  • When friends visit, can I bring them to my room to talk?

    -Please use the common room for socializing.

  • Do you have parking?

     -A pay parking lot is located nearby Meigetsu, but spaces are limited. 

  • Are there any convenience stores and/or restaurants nearby?

    -Yes. Several convenience stores are located just 1-minute away, and many restaurants are also within walking distance.
